Please Help, AOS from K3 to permant resident

Hi all,

My husband recently re-entered the US under a K3 visa and we are wanting to ajdust his status now. Before we got a lawyer involved I filed the following (all within the past year)

I485 (Application to register Permant Resident)- it was denied

I864 (Affidavit of Support)

I765 (Application for Employment) - it was denied

G325A (two of these Biographic Info) - had to go to Jacksonville FL per a letter from INS to get fingerprints done

I130 (Petition for Alien Relative) - it was accepted

---Lawyer filed I129F - it was accepted and the K3 visa was obtained thru it

I693 (Medical Exam)

we also sent in all the fees and picts and all that stuff. My question is I know I will have to refile the ones that were denied, but the others are they still good if it has been less than a year. Also the medical exam that they have on file it is still good if it was within a year too?

Any help on this is appreciated, I'm so confused.

My husband came in on a K1 visa so I can't say much about the K3 - except that if your husband had his medical done within the last year then he won't need it done again.
