Hello guys, I purchased a money order from USPS for my I-130 application fee.

I filled into Pay to: "U.S. Department of Homeland Security". Pay To - Address is blank. Then I filled in my name and my address. I wrote a short memo "I-130 Petition Filing Fee".

I never used money order before and I heard I have to sign it before sending it in, but I do not see a space for signature on the money order (Example USPS money order attached)

Be sure to make it out to Dept. of Homeland Security, not USCIS.  In the memo field, write the beneficiary's full name.  Why would you have a money order for THAT amount?  It does not match any government fee associated with the spouse visa process.
