Question about preparing for a NOIR

That is what I am doing. I am continuing to gather things that support our relationship.  I am hoping that this is a reaffirmed case without the NOIR.  But that will not afford us the opportunity to know why the case was sent back. What I would want to know is what their doubts are about so that I can show them our life and help them understand who we are as a couple.  It is a difficult process.  I find it hard to read sometimes on here when people say "if the relationship is real then you will not have any problems." We have really struggled with this like many others who are in a real relationship.  If you have any other thoughts let us know.  Thanks for the support and listening.

so far you do not know what the NOIR /NOID is going to say

I'm 26 years older than Mary.  Age, in and of itself, isn't an issue.  Plus I had a divorce.  You may never receive a NOIR/NOID as USCIS can reaffirm the case.    Keep your insurance and credit cards going.

 

When you get something from USCIS the you can react accordingly.
