Form I-693 Expired on Government Website

I'm getting ready to file my wife's Adjustment of Status. I downloaded form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record from:

 

https://www.uscis.gov/i-693

 

However, on the form, it indicates it expired months ago, on 02/28/2019 (please see the attached image for proof).

 

This is a costly form, requiring a civil surgeon's medical exam, so I'm worried about submitting the application sending an expired form. I'm also worried they might return the application to me and require another medical visit.

This is what you should refer to, not the expiration date.

You're not the Office of Management and Budget, so that expiration date has no impact on you. USCIS goes by edition dates. See the image above for the current edition date and how to find it.
