Hi guys,

In 2005 we applied for visas under the F4 category Brother and Sister.

We received confimation in March that NVC had received the files and wanted us to submit docs via CEAC.

Originally the system showed My dad, mum, brother and my name as the applicants. They asked for the fees and documents of all applicants.

After submitting docs, they got back in touch to say that we needed to resubmit certain docs which we did.

Today NVC has confirmed all docs are approved and accepted and we now wait for the interview date.

However, after logging into the CEAC, my brother and my name have now disappeared and it only shows my dads and my mums. Does any one have any idea why this could be?

Although me and my brother are over 21 now, we still fall under the CSPA age so I do not understand why at the last stage our names have been removed?

Thanks

Umesh

Hi may I know if what did you do to fix it? We have the same situation. Thank you will hope for your reply.

Nothing can be done to fix. NVC have said me and my brother have aged out and we can only dispute it during time of interview

Thanks for your response.

Does it mean that you can discuss that matter during the interview schedule of your parents?

Would there be a chance that you may still join them on their migration?

TIA. 😊
