If you want to put your married name, you have to change your name on passport later.

Are you going to go by your new married name? Or are you going to keep your maiden name?

If you are going to go by your married name you'll file I485, I765 and I131 in your married name, provide a photocopy of your legal name change document for each form (the MC) and then once you receive your first card (whether EAD or GC) you can update your name on all of your other documents.
