i-751 sent November 10, 2006

check cashed november 18, 2006

NOA date january 5, 2007

biaomatrics jan 25, 2007

last update jan 26,2007

since then no news whats happening to my case.

Am i too late? am i gonna have a REF? Or i have somebody else with me in these date too?

Timeline

The current processing times for Vermont state that they are at the cases filed Nov 1, 2006. Seeing as you filed on the tenth, based on that date you should be hearing something very soon.

05/22/2008 Interview passed, But waiting on two A-Files to be integrated into one.

09/19/2008 Citizenship Ceremony

My NOA date is 11/28/06, and I'm still waiting too. Someone from this forum with 12/21/06 NOA got approved from VSC, so I don't know what the heck they're doing over there. Lawyer said he can't do anything unless if it's 60 days past the published processing timelines.

I Filed at the end of october they received it Nov 1 Noa Date 11/15, and received the approval e-mail but no card yet.

Called to USCIS but they won't give me any information until 30 days have passed. :clock:
