Online N-400: Cover Letter and Transcripts Questions

Hello! 

I am filing N-400 online and  uploading the requested documents and some extra supporting documents like all passport pages with stamps and  driver's license. 

Should I upload a cover letter file as well? 

I do not have all my 5 IRS return transcripts ( 2018 was filed for an extension and the IRS have not finished processing it yet). Should I wait another few weeks and upload them all or I can bring them with me to the interview? 

Your advice is appreciated !

03 Apr 2014 : IV Invoice shows Paid

21 Apr 2014: EROLL Confirmation Received ?

21 Apr 2014: DS-260 Completed and Sent

21 Apr 2014 : AOS Package Email sent to NVC (auto reply received)

21 Apr 2014 : IV Package Email sent to NVC

14 May 2014 : Checklist emails received for all the IV and AOS documents (False Checklist?)

27 May 2014 : Received Checklist: asking 2013 Transcript (one checklist for each parent)

30 May 2014: Called NVC spoke with supervisor. The supervisor could not open the 2013 Transcripts we've sent in our AOS package on April21, because it was downloaded from IRS site. He said it was password protected.

We scanned the transcript and sent it to the supervisor at nvcinquiry@state.gov.

The supervisor was kind enough to wait on the phone and confirm that he has received our email with scanned transcripts attachments.

Supervisor asked another 3 weeks to review our cases.

01 Jun 2014: We sent 2 separate emails (one case # for each parent ) "Response to Checklist" to nvcelectronic@state.gov complete with all the attachments scanned into pdf.

04 Jun 2014 : Case Complete for both parents! ?

25 Jun 2014 : Medical done

22 Jul 2014 : Montreal interview. Approved! ?

09Sep2014 : Entry at Niagara-Buffalo Peace Bridge Officer also requested Green Card and SSN. We have received the Green Cards but we never received SIN. We requested the SIN cards again in November at Local Office and receiver the cards in one week.

Cover letter won't be necessary and you can bring your IRS transcript on the day of your interview, because the IO might or might not gonna asks for it so better be prepared.

04/12/19: Oath Letter arrived in the mail

05/02/19: Oath Ceremony - OFFICIALLY U.S. CITIZEN AND END OF IMMIGRATION JOURNEY!

 

DS-11 - APPLICATION FOR US PASSPORT BOOK AND CARD

05/02/19: Submitted application thru USPS - Expedited
05/06/19: Received email, passport application is now traceable online thru Travel.State.gov website (https://passportstatus.state.gov/Search)

05/08/19: Received email, passport has been printed and it's on final processing
05/09/19: Received email, passport application has been finished processing with USPS tracking number and expected delivery is on 05/14/2019

05/10/19: Receive email from USPS informed Delivery - Expected Passport delivery is on 05/11/2019

05/11/19: Passport book received thru USPS Priority Mail

05/13/19: Passport card received

05/14/19: Naturalization Certificate back - END OF PASSPORT APPLICATION!
