n400 and i751 Interview

Hello

 

im having my interview for the citizenship this Thursday, my ROC is still pending. 

Can anyone tell me what to expect in this case? Will they interview me for both cases or only for the citizenship? 

I am applying under the 3-year rule and my husband is coming with me to the interview.

They will take your I-751 and processes it with your N-400. Nothing to worry about, I have sen both joint interviews and separate interviews. Although, more joint interviews than not. Good luck!

It is the N400 interview, but i read some people do have the ROC interview and some don’t.

My wife got a second notice of I751 interview a few days before her N400 interview.  It was for the same date and time and came from the local office (hand addressed).

 

She had both interviews at the same time and they let me and the kids sit through her N400 interview but advised me not to speak during that one.

Yes, they may decide to do the ROC interview as well. You should ask at the beginning, but prepare for both.
