We mailed ours to Chicago Lockbox and they sent text message to my husband's US number and got the letter in the US mailbox. 

We both didn't receive any email notification

I didn't get an email either. Just the text and the letter in the mail.

Hi!! My husband got a text with NOA1 and we are in Potomac too!! Fingers crossed. 

I130 sent June 14 , recieved on June 17. Haven't got mail yet though. Thank god I included form for text and email notifications.

If you don't have RFE you havethey will aprove you within 3 or 4 months ... Most of the cases there're approved in short time!!

In USCIS website, it’s showing 10. But if you see the timeline here in VJ the recent applications are approved only just for 3-4 months. Fingers crossed it’ll be 3 months for us 🙏🏼

I wanted to go Potomac but they sent me to Texas!! 7 or 8 months without RFE ...

In all service centers I have rarely seen approvals of 3, 4 and even 5 months, including Nebraska!!! In this group there's a girl in Nebraska ... #PositiveVibesOnly

I'm just guessing it will be a full year, this way if it's anything less then that will be a bonus! I feel like you have to take the USCIS timelines with a grain of salt anyway. Anything can change in the next few months, it could get shorter, it could get a lot longer. I'm just trying really hard to not look at the calendar every single day. It's going to be a a very long year!
