Just received a text saying our case was approved! I know we still have a long wait ahead of us, but I honestly felt like this day would never come! And my husband’s 40th birthday is on Monday. Best birthday gift ever!

 

Did anyone else start sobbing when they got the news?

NVC is where USCIS sends your package with your approval. The NVC will sent you the Welcome Letter to start another process with another case number.

 

Then you make the fees and then upload the financial and civil documents to the platform, after everything is accepted and paid you have to wait for an interview ... 

Go to their page and look for information on the 6 steps ...

I haven't received it yet, it takes about 1 month, sometimes more ... But I will call on Monday 16 to see if they already have available my case number and invoice!

That shows my case is under NVC observation and I have to follow next steps like the fees,submit DS260 & civil documents then they will look at it and refer to the consulate for the interview.

I must be one of the unlucky ones that has their I-130 petition at the Nebraska office.

 

Haven't heard a peep since they mailed my NOA1 with a June 5, 2019 received date 😥

 

Hoping for good news soon, but it's difficult to stay optimistic.
