Yes, passport pictures are required

Even if the center havent send noa 2?im still waiting for that but since we havent included our other docs can we just resend it???

You have to have received your NOA1 to submit. I believe that will provide them evidence that you already sent in another petition (I-130) .

We sent i13o at phoenix lockbox are we gonna send the i129f again at phoenix or nebraska?

 

What documents needed to submit?same exact documents including the missing requirements?
