The I-129F did not ask for a reason... I completed the I-129F petition and provided them with the same information I provided with the I-130. However, you MUST include your NOA1 from your I-130 with your I-129F petition.

How much did it cost to file the I-129f? What number did you call? I am also at Nebraska. My priority date is June. Where do I include my NOA1 in the I-129f?

There are no additional fees for the I–129F form. Also send them a copy of the NOA1 that you received from the I-130. What phone number are you wanting to call?

I was thinking maybe we call. Okay nice to know. The NOA1 is the one with the priority date on it right? Also, I’m using a lawyer does that matter? I want to do it without them

You do not need an attorney to send the paperwork and you do not need to make any phone calls. Make sure you send the same supporting evidence with your I-129F form.

Supporting evidence would be the pictures and documents I sent with my I-130 form? The NOA1 is the one with my priority date on it right?

That is correct I sent identical information from the I-130 with the I-129f Petition. Yes the NOA1 has the I-130 PD.

The NVC will give me a case number next.... According to the website, I will be able to do the following things online before my husband has his interview:

 

Step 1:  Choose an agent (Online)

Step 2:  Pay fees (Online)

Step 3:  Submit visa application form (Online)

Step 4:  Collect financial documents 

Step 5:  Collect supporting documents

Step 6:  Submit documents to the (All online)

 

But I cannot submit anything online until I get a case number. However, I have gathered all my documents. My husband has already requested his police record, but he will not be able to get it until next month

The NVC told me to wait 3-4 weeks from the time they received the approval. Today, made one week for me.

Hi everyone!

 

I'm so happy I found this community it's been really helpful during the waiting process 😄

I hope we get our approval soon and good luck to everyone else as well! 

 

I have a quick question, how can you see the service center is working on particular months? Sorry I'm still new to this site!
