Hello everyone, i am a permanent resident and i filed formi-130 for my wife who lives out of usa, and i filed july 30 and got noa1 yesterday her case went to california service center  does anyone know how long this will take to be processed? Thanks

Hi everyone!!!

My husband lives in Virginia and I live in Toronto Canada . Applied for I130 through our lawyer. Received our NOC1 through both mail and our lawyer. Our priory date is June 3rd 2019. Our service centre is Texas.

Wishing everyone the best on their journey and hope we all get our approvals fast!!!!

Welcome to the the June Filers group. We are now entering our 2nd month of waiting. Now it's to just sit and wait for NOA2..... JUST SIT and WAIT. Enjoy the youtube song that psychs me to sit and wait

I have seen many approvals from February and some from March, hopefully our NOA 2 comes soon. 🙌

I think that if we upload the documents well to the NVC and we dont have more than 1 revision then depending on the country you are, maybe April or May, adding to that no RFE ...
