Hello everyone, i am a permanent resident and i filed formi-130 for my wife who lives out of usa, and i filed july 30 and got noa1 yesterday her case went to california service center  does anyone know how long this will take to be processed? Thanks

My husband lives in Virginia and I live in Toronto Canada . Applied for I130 through our lawyer. Received our NOC1 through both mail and our lawyer. Our priory date is June 3rd 2019. Our service centre is Texas.

What is everyone thinking for estimated time to interview?  I was thinking optimistically April 2020, realistically October 2020.  (Seems like Canada has interview wait times of 4-5 months after CC).

I think that if we upload the documents well to the NVC and we dont have more than 1 revision then depending on the country you are, maybe April or May, adding to that no RFE ...

The whole process!!! Approval times have been reduced for F2A, if you dont have RFE they may approve you in 1 year and 2 or 3 months!
