Made a "rocket pencil box," construct wee with we man.

Mini-B. highly pleased, pleased wee man.

 

Took box to casa to show Mommy, pleased she man.

Took Mini-B. & box to Mama T-B.'s, pleased senior she man.

 

Left Mini-B. with Mama T-B. and went to help Uncle T-B., casa-bound senior he man.

Made grocery run, pleased senior he man.

Semi-heavy stuff didn't particularly wreck our back, hope we man.

What with aforementioned activities, had to truncate GS/ES itinerary, truncate we man.

Hit one GS and one ES, efficient and impartial we man.

The take, see man:

  -- shirt for Mini-B. = half a buck, steal man

  -- Many (2x2x2+1) canned meats/vegetables; Many (2+2) forks; blouse for Mrs. T-B.; 

       mostly full can Foamy shaving-cream = $Many ($2x2x2), deal man

Total = $Many-&-a-half ($2x2x2 + half a buck)

 

We were quite satisfied with this efficient haul, pleased we man.

Was it some sort of block?  I'm kind of curious what my future of back pain is going to look like.

 

My sciatica has been acting up again, but unclear on whether some of the pain in foot is related to that or the peroneal subluxation (my tendon pops in and out on my ankle due to a lot of ankle injuries).  I'm actually having trouble sleeping because of it. If only I could use the TENS while I slept.

Ours worked us over solely on our back, and our knees then quit hurting, miracle man.

 

We had SNRBs (selective nerve root blocks) of the LMany-Many & LMany-Many disks, specifically man.

ESI (epidural steroid injection) is slightly different, bathe general area man.

It is hard to schedule such things with the kids.  I haven't inverted in a while, I might try that.

The Hillbilly and his parents enjoyed the duck. Said it turned out really well. The Hillbilly said he could tell that the Muscovy meat was a little different then other ducks. It's not a mallard derived duck like the other ducks.
