Playing hooky to go look at a boat.

Aren't you supposed to be knee deep in the transition of the soon exiting Big Guy?

I need the Honda of boats.

I have the Honda of motorcycles but finding it less maintenance free than hyped by reputation. That said, I'll take these problems over an expensive Harley any day. Good luck on the boat. Maybe it's full of chocolates.

New job going well.

Hubs went for a drive.  He always worries me when he just leaves.  I wish he was happier.

Good news on the job!

I can relate to the random spouse drives. La Colombiana will sometimes get in the car and just drive if stress is getting to her. Nothing I can do to help.

Man he already packed up and ran out in May.

He was like Forrest Gump, "I think I'm pretty tired now....I think I'll go home...."

I had a CBR 954 when the older one was born. 900 miles on it. Sold it to my cousin, warned him not to #### with the thing. He laid it down in a week. <sigh> I shoulda kept the thing, even if it's just for looking at.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

I digress...

So anyway, I had to go in the office for a 2 o'clock interview. This guy is applying for JRs position. We like the guy. But his credit is shot man. I've gotta think about this one...

I went to look at this boat earlier....it's a lot smaller than mine. But it's quite seaworthy, 300up outboard. Its very low maintenance. It wasn't quite a 25 footer either. It's somewhat what I'm looking for, get on, go fishing, go home. The turn around time on my boat is like 2 hours. Plus heavy maintenance. This one, 30 minutes? Practically no maintenance?

The owner, is a celebrity chef, I know him thru a mutual friend. I think he doesn't wanna make it known, but he's in dire need of cash...
