Lately I've been getting out for my long weekend runs at around 7:00 AM. Avoiding the heat and the need of SP lotion from the direct sun. I still wear a hat, though. :D

I run at 530am.  Avoids most things, people, too many cars, other dogs, heat, etc...

I tell ya tho, i'm doing more cardio than ever, still lifting weights 3x a week, and I still am losing weight slower than I want. God I hope I'm not losing muscle.  I manage to get enough protein without powders though most days which I think is amazing. Like today... I still get to eat some fat and carbs (I may eat a pb shake but I've already hit 143g protein!)   murrrrbllleee.. nm

We are back, cough hack we man.

Both our flights left & arrived early, boon man.

So did Mrs. T-B.'s/Mini-B.'s, boon man.

We were in Business Class on both flights, important Business Typhoon we man.

However, on first flight, lady in row ahead was wearing a gallon of Mrs.-T-B.'s-Amiga's perfume, gag man.

We fought it & tried to divert/block it without success, stench man.

We finally asked steward if we could move to Coach, that miserable were we man.

Two seats were available in first row of Coach, great leg room man.

However, we could still smell the stench, or it had permeated our clothing, or both, gag man.

We desperately needed to sleep but could not, allergic we man.

At least we were served a Business Class breakfast, small consolation man.

Apologetic steward said that he'd file a report, not sure of solution man.

One is to Deny Boarding to Passengers Who Smell Like a Cheap Whorehouse, we conclude man.

We needed a bathroom visit but didn't want to fight through stench to airport bathroom, no pee wee man.

Can one believe that the San Salvador airport has NO bathrooms inside security, huh man?

We had to be re-screened before we could pee, time getting tight man.

Such awful airport design, good grief man.

Second flight arrived Many (2x2x2x2+2+2) minutes early, boon man.

We were wheelchaired all the way to taxi, slick as a whistle man.

Taxi almost as expensive as Uber, rip-off man.

However, we were at the casa by ~2 p.m., boon man.

Cat remarkably calm, obviously well-pampered by miu-sitter man.

We dragged suitcases upstairs (slightly hosing our back), then mowed full lawn, side-discharge man.

This was in Many-degree heat, no shadows man.

We did not survive the experience, but lawn looks great, as always man.

Mowing did not help our coughing/hacking, no man.

Did not hear from Mrs. T-B. for a long time, no answer either man.

Finally called to say that they'd had to wait over an hour for their checked bags, United Strikes Again man.

Later, she called to say that they were hungry & had stopped at Burger King, bringing us something man.

We waited for nearly 2 hours, doing one laundry load man.

We then grabbed dry-cleaning and went forth, couldn't wait longer man.

Upon our return, Uber driver was blocking our driveway, honk we man.

Mrs. T-B./Mini-B. entered, return she & wee man.

Unlike past Ecu trips, Mrs. T-B. did NOT beeline for the shower, weird man.

We got shopping-list from Mrs. T-B. & went to Costco, $Many spent man.

We then did usual get-ready-for-workweek stuff, long hours man.

Shot up cat, shoot miu man.

We got to bed at around midnight, up for ~Many (~2x2x2x2 + 2+2+2) hours straight man.

Popped antibiotic/cough syrup before bed, Heap Strong Medicine man.

Awoke at half-past 2 a.m. for bathroom emergency séance, almost like a dream man.

Chao to Ecu, bye Ecu man.

So you decided to go to the doctor?

Happy Birthday!

One of my oldest's chores is emptying and loading the dishwasher once a day. When she's here it is at least a twice a day deal ( I do one or two). Surprisingly, the number of dishes is greatly reduced with her gone.

So, this woman that works here. Stranded in Florida. Car broke. BS aftermarket extended warranty worthless.

Calls the office for help.

Ok, so remember I mentioned that half the people here don't have the common courtesy of offering me a cup of coffee? She's one of them.

No company resources to be used for her.

San Salvador airport is a pit (at least it was 7 or 8 years ago on my last flight through there). Super narrow concourses, huge crowds, long concourses with gates only on one side forcing long walks in btwn gates, security at each gate causing more crowding. Plus, as a bonus, everything is both old and dirty, i.e. walls, floors, chairs, bathrooms, etc. It's much more Greyhound bus terminal than international airport.
