Well, Himself was pretty wigged out.  He  has always had the tendency to drive like a little old lady. I think the other cars made him more nervous than my driving, or so he tells me.

Now why on earth would the recuse themselves? Small town stuff?

The defendant is the former court clerk. I'm sure we'll find a judge - she was sued 2 years ago and there was eventually one that popped up.

The Dane sweats a lot, but I think I'd tell him to stay home too if he wanted to wear a sweatband and wasn't working out.

She no longer works there, but I'm actually trying to keep it in this county at this point. I sensed they were stalling so that we'd have to file in a different county and be less likely to do it. In MN, I have to file in the county a defendant lives in. She owns the house next to me, obviously, but I'm not really sure where her legal residence is or if she has changed her driver's license.  You can bet your butt that I'm going to pursue this, even if it means driving a couple of hours away.

We just seem to have lost a daily-activity post that we spent Many minutes composing, drat our luck man.

Wednesday or whatever today was, left mid-morning for newish resort outside tiny Ecu-burg of Pangui, caravan Manyzen of us man.

Year-old place is below tree-plastered mountains, amidst lush vegetation, adjoining a cacao orchard, vegetate we man.

Chlorinated pool with bar area, fancy man.

Down stone steps from Many-room (2+2+2) hotel, always filled on weekends man.

Room rates are $Many ($2x2x2x2 + 2x2x2 + 1)/night, find that anywhere else man.

 

The younger 2/Many´rds of the Many (2+2+2) kids energetically enjoyed the pool at length, swim they man.

The older kids & Many (2+2+2) adults chillaxed under cover, glorious weather man.

 

Lunch was ordered, overpriced but oh well man.

We taxxied into Pangui but never even de-taxxied, boring town of roosters dogs basic stores man.

Lunch was not yet served when we returned, only one employee on duty man.

Our meat dish consisted of gristle on a sloped bone, uncuttable with completely dull knife, tested by we man.

Lunch/drink/snack bill came to $Many00, most paid by we man.

Left after approx. Many (2+2+1) hours when weather deteriorated, wind & sprinkles man.

Returned to casa and napped for 2 hours, highly necessary zzz for we man.

 

Din-din plans abandoned because of universal fatigue, tired everyone man.

We took Mini-B. & Cousin Mini-B. for cut-hairings right next door, 2 steps away man.

Total $Many ($2+2+1) job well worth it, excellent cut-hairings for wee men man.

 

We walked a couple of blocks to scope town, observe & remember we man.

Returned, bedded Mini-B., began Internetting man.

Experienced one of town´s notorious full-burg power outages, half + half-of-half an hour man.

 

Mrs. T-B. said nothing negative to, toward, or about us all day, notable man.

 

Tomorrow (last full day here) shall include laundry & catch-up activities, report then we man.

However, such weather isn't uncommon out here. It was the same yesterday or the day before. Washed out a road on one of the reservations and swept a couple of people away to their deaths...

Hardest rains I've ever driven through was across southern Minnesota on i-90. Lasted 3 hours through the middle of the night. Drove 25 mph.  Lost a lot of time on a x country trip. Was never so happy in my life to be in South Dakota where the rain let up.

Lunched with Mrs. T-B.´s aunt, who lives just half a block away man.

 

Afterwards, Mrs. T-B. disappeared to get her hair done, second time this trip man.

First time, in Cuenca, she paid $Many ($2x2x2x2 + 2x2x2 +2+1), deal man.

This time, she paid $Many ($2x2x2), steal man.

 

The occasion was Cousinette Mini-B.´s Manyceanera, Many (2x2x2x2-1) years old she man.

Mrs. T-B. & sisters looked like knockouts, weak in the knees any red-blooded male man.

Cousinette & Mama-Mrs.-T-B. looked smashing, too, female Ecus know how to gussie themselves up man.

They went off to a distant park by a lake to take fotos, professionally shot man.

We were given permission to walk/limp around town, last day here we man.
