In pre-trip caucus with WCG (World´s Cheapest Gringo), we determined that our Many-year streak of weekly GS-ing/ES-ing will remain intact, si man.

This is because garage sales are an alien concept in Ecu, see man, and we can't attend (or fail to attend) what doesn't exist, no man.

Perfect logic, understandable even in Poland, oj tak.

We flew to Ecu connectedly on one airline (for free, via points, whee man), while Mrs. T-B./Mini-B./Mama-Mrs.-T-B. flew nonstop elsewise, separate they man.

We arrived in Quito at about the same time, worked out man.

 

We officially report that Avianca is the way most airlines were Many years ago and should be now, si man.

Bag-check was personal service from unrushed check-in clerkette, polite attentive she man.

 

Our first segment was Business Class, Business Typhoon we man.

Din-din was Peasant Under Glass, delectable man.

Flight attendant addressed us personally as "Mr. Bone," polite he man.

No request was too outrageous, no man.

He was wearing a tie during flight and put on his suit-coat for deplaning, professional man.

 

Our next segment was Peon Class, too cheap to pay for outrageous upgrade we man.

However, in San Salvador, we inquired at Avianca service desk about possible ways to upgrade, inquire we man.

Clerk told us the upgrade fee, outrageous man.

Seeing our reaction, he said, "I can do something almost as good for free -- get you the first seat in Peon Class, leg room man."

This was indeed as described, roomy man.

In fact, we had whole row to ourself, move around we man.

 

Flight attendant served us free din-din, Avianca probably only airline to still do that free in Peon Class man.

We said, "If you have another of those left over, we´ll be happy to take it off your hands," hungry we man.

A minute later, she handed us another, saying, "Row Many didn´t want his, no man," serve us she man.

 

Captain´s bilingual announcements from cockpit were comprehensive, understandable, & excellent P.R., impressed we man.

We very nearly offered him an executive position in our POTS empire, that-impressed we man.

 

Wheelchair service in all Many (originating, connecting, arrival) airports prepared and excellent, easier to ride than limp man.

 

We highly look forward to our return trip in Business Class, and we will move mountains to give Avianca our future business, so state we man.

Mrs. T-B. had been worried about our hosing the trip, back issues we man.

However, see man --

 

1) She made extra casa-keys for miu-sitter and us, necessary man.

     However, she forgot where she put them, aysheep hour of last-minute time lost grrrr man.

 

2) She insisted on using Uber, confident she man.

     However, she failed to (or didn´t clearly) order a VAN, no van got SUV instead man.

     The SUV could in no way accommodate Many passengers with Many bags, no man.

     She ended up having to call Lyft for us, barely in time man.

     Fees for both totaled $Many00 when a regular taxi van would have cost far less, grrrr we man.

 

Many) In the Ecu airport, she left Mini-B.´s suitcase on the baggage carousel, ADD she man.

            She discovered this at 2 a.m. after we were at the first night´s casa, aysheep she man.

            She & Sister #2/Bro-in-law drove Many miles/minutes back to airport, fruitless effort man.

            They had to repeat this in the morning, hose our planned schedule man.

 

Many) She rented us a full casa from AirBnB, parents/Sister´s/our families all there man.

            Casa was huge & quite modern, si man.

            However, NO hot water in showers except in unexpected brief irregularly intermittent bursts, brrr & ouch man.

            We Who Were Covered in Airport Funk & Ecu Fumes weren´t happy, no man.

            Furthermore, Mini-B. (with no fresh clothes) got no bath at all, poor wee man.

 

Other than this, trip is going very nicely, enjoy we man.

We´re actually unsure that we´re in Ecu at all, unsure we man.

Despite external assurances (airplane arrival announcements, total dominance of Ecu license plates), we have heard not one rooster, not yet man.

However, the briefest venture outside results in our being plastered with noxious diesel fumes, so maybe we´re here after all man.

And, we fed a Many-member ((2x2x2+2+1)-member) family a full lunch for $Many ($2x2x2x2x2x2), deal man.

And, we/Mrs. T-B./Mini-B. ate huge hamburgers with drinks at tonight´s din-din for $Many ($2x2x2), steal man.

Si man, we must be in Ecu, oj tak.

Neighbor's painter/boyfriend keeps stalling us and acting uncivil. He's pushed out the stall to this Friday. I'm suspecting it is because neighbor is trying to changer her legal address and has yet to do so.

 

Guess we'll be filing a lawsuit.

That sucks that you have to be that person. But when people are those people sometimes you have to.

Funnily enough she was sued 2 years ago by the only other plumber in our town. That was an interesting case file to read. I think 5 judges in a row recused themselves because she worked with them.
