We've used the TENS unit just the once, when therapist did it on us, incomplete information Nola-B. ma'am.

It seemed to help some, but our situation has been so acute that we can't comment on lasting power, no man.

Therapist just had doc husband send us a letter about unit to show to airport security, show we man.

 

We are to put pads around LMany area, first man.

Then around top of butt and down center of butt, path of LMany pain man.

Any relief is better than none, conclude we man.

 

Unit should be called a 2x2x2+2s unit, P-math man.

However, uncertain whether Poland has any of these high-tech doohickeys, oj nie.

Diet less important than shooting up with insulin, regulate miu man.

 

Cat has been in our lap and napping with us at every opportunity, needy miu man.

Thank goodness for incipient in-casa care from experienced vet tech, miu-sitter she man.

Caucus with miu-sitter in casa on eve of July Many'rd, review/down payment man.

Miu-sitter can administer anti-diarrheal meds, too, beyond our capabilities man.

Cat lost one lb. in 2 weeks between vet visits, still-corpulent miu man.

We have lost about Many (2+2+2) lbs. just from minimal/no late-night snacking, shadow of former self we man.

I'm finding that I'm not losing any weight due to the stress and breaking out like crazy. Plus, it is really hard to work out or even go for a walk when I'm on call for days at a time. 

 

 

Unless it's regarding shift changes which she should call you not the other way around.

 

I agree , being on call really does suck.  I couldnt be more than an hour away from work when I had on-call shifts and I didnt do several at a time because of that.  Im sure yours is more strict.

Miu promptly hid ALL the way under our bed, unreachable man.

Managing a front end at a gym.  Essentially making sure the front end makes a good impression and bringing more individual foot traffic through the door through variety of means.  The title is Front Office Lead but the position is more operations and sales manager. 

 

Okay rant incoming: I have serious self doubts about my abilities recently due to my last job.

 

At my last job i swear i must have gotten fired because i couldnt seem to manage to stock and turn off a small fridge.  I cleared it out and reorganized the large fridge but this stupid little one by the front desk I had issues staying on top of.  How do I forget about this last job and the giant cluster it's done on my self esteem? If any job in the world made me feel inadequate, it's this one.  They had protocol then would change the protocol on a whim while saying it was the same protocol. (Like ask if they have a dr preference then omg thats rude to our drs that they dont want to see them!  Ive said from day 1 all drs at a practice should be able to see ANY patient.  Theres a medical record for a reason. But i was the jerk?)  I think my lack of flexibility with that made me feel like i was always doing something wrong and messing up.

I don't do well with failure and life is teaching me a lesson here.  I want to get by this.  I want to move on.  But i wake up from dreams about the stupid manager and this stupid fridge etc... /faceplam

 

Okay that felt better.  I cant change the past, just learn and move on.  Sometimes there isn't anything to learn except moving on.  I think that's the lesson here.  It didn't work out.  I'm a good person.  I am a good worker.  I do a good job.  That job is not reflective of who I am and know myself to be.  Move on. /end rant

Packed except for day-of-travel stuff that has to wait, packed we man.

First suitcase weighs Many lbs., immovable man.

Second suitcase weighs Many lbs., can't fit another item in man.

Swapped carry-on stuff into bag with shoulder-strap, advice from fizzicle therapist man.

We will ask our airport chauffeurs if their names are Jeeves or Smedley, might be small world man.

 

We plan to slap Mrs. T-B.'s & Mini-B.'s passports directly into Mrs. T-B.'s hand, slap she we man.

Now watch her lose or misplace them, ADD and  she man.
