Pain hurty very sore! Not me, poor husband. In hospital tonight, scheduled procedure this time, bland Embolisation of the liver. First of a number,  ahhh X amount!  Attempting to explain to the nursing staff that most pain meds are nonfunctional with him(morphine is completely worthless to him), plus being 6ft 4(not to mention having the internal strength of 10,000 minotaur.......uh is the plural minotaur, minotaurs.....minotauri? ....) ....basically when the pain does become enough to floor a herd of riotous elephants it's going to take about 4 times the dose you'd normally expect to give. 

It's hard to see him in so much pain, it's doubly awful to feel so useless because there's not a thing I can do. 

Hanging on to the hope that this process can buy him/us some time & comfort, please God let this work for him & be worth all he is putting himself through. 

 

Still no fingerprinting appointment, nor anything much else (sorry TBone ).....did manage a haircut at last but no colour ah well

On the topic of Fallopian chat: I've had one of my only regular cycles in 7+ years. Whhheeee. Only 31 days, which for me is textbook normal. I must be doing something right with my diet or exercise or not getting pregnant.

It is very weird to not be in baby making mode anymore. The littlest Dane is getting so big. He must have eaten at least a 1/4 lb of beef last night. When we was unsatisfied with the amount presented, he reached over into the pan and started grabbing fistfuls of it.

 

That kid is wearing clothes his older brother just stopped wearing, despite their age difference. He's going to be taller than the Dane. His older brother has decided to be Vegetarian, except for glorious bacon, so he won't be as tall, I suspect.

 

And it is making me miss babies.  😭  I told the Dane we could always enlist the help of one of his fertile friends. He not so politely declined.
