We easily and stress-freely got it to the cheap station for the fill, imagine that man.

Last night driving back from Indiana, as I crossed the Michigan State line I emitted the same involuntary, celebratory 'whoop' accompanied by a little shimmy as I(& to my knowledge every Scottish person) performs upon crossing the England/Scotland borderline.

This place is my Home!

I posted this on my facebook page today so anyone still pondering the 'Why doesn't she return to Scotland?' thing can be forever shushed at last!

It was great to get up today & see that gleaming blue jewel sitting outside once more.

Also, great news my sister is being allowed home from the hospital tomorrow! Doctors said her amazing recovery shows how otherwise well she is(no mention of continuing governmental funding cuts making hospital beds scarce though-I worry about this!)

Great news about your sister! I understand what you mean by hoping she didn't just get the heave ho do to short supply.  My MIL kept getting the boot after one or two nights 18 times the last year we were looking after her. In spite of corridors of empty rooms with no one to staff them .

We took the T-B.-mobile to the dealer for warranty work, hopefully get all done efficiently man.

This was at o'dark-Many on Monday morn, uncivilized hour man.

 

Mechanics found 2 other issues when they got it up on the rack, spot things man.

Monday lost because warranty inspector had to come on Tues. to approve these, wait man.

 

Tuesday lost with warranty inspector's visit plus lack of parts, residue of GM strike man.

Wednesday lost awaiting parts, see above man.

 

Thursday, work finally began, imagine that man.

T-B.-mobile's readiness promised "around Many or Many p.m. on Friday," imagine that man.

I feel like pregnancy is kicking my ###. I spent the last week my husband and I were in the UK laying in bed either being sick, having no appetite, or having no energy to do anything. I think being home is helping a little- I'm at least going to work and being productive during the day but when I get home I again have no appetite and just want to lay on the couch.

  -- replace water pump, seeping man

  -- replace serpentine belt, beginning to crack man

  -- replace leaky oil-pan gasket with associated oil-change, discovered in shop man

  -- replace A/C mode actuator, out of range man

  -- replace air inlet actuator, out of range man

  -- perform full radiator service, optional but opportune time man

 

Total bill was $Many,ManyManyMany.ManyMany, precisely & outrageously man.

Extended warranty paid $Many,ManyManyMany.ManyMany, slightly more than Many%* of total man.
