Niki needs that gas, it helps with the altitude.

All my cars call for 86 octane. That's what I usually put in. Except the Lexus, it tends to knock with 87, so I use 89. It's a lease anyway.

I discovered that Seafoam, and what's the other blue liquid that I put in my boat...are great products.

When I had high performance bikes, I used 94. My boat gets 95 octane Marine gas.

The ATVs, and all the other equipment upstate gets ethanol-free gas. They run great on that stuff.

JR found a better gig...

He makes a little less money, but his 3 boys get to to go private college for free. It's a no brainer for him.

Just me left here now...

I feel...down? I dunno.

Where's my old "speed up" attitude?

So I had some good and bad news come up at the same time today.

I have ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS wanted to live in Singapore with my family. I have been through there a few times and enjoyed my time there. So for years now I have been constantly applying for federal jobs there because I am a federal worker and it would just be a relocation. But all after all these years (5+) of applying I finally got an interview for a job there last month. The interview was about a hour long and it was like talking with guys I work with on a daily basis. I thought it went really well myself and I got an email later saying that "We think that you would be a great fit to the team".

So I woke up today with a job offer for Singapore which I am ecstatic about quite frankly. The only problem with this whole scenario is that we just bought a house to settle down in. The good thing about this job is that I would be able to bring the family to come live with me, and it is only a 4 hour flight to my wife's town in the Philippines unlike a 26 hour flight now.

And she forgot disposable chopsticks!

How am I supposed to eat my curry chicken if I don't have disposable chopsticks!?

The initial tour would be for up to 3 years with extensions up to 6 if you want to continue on. Also we would be able to keep the house without issues.
