I think Steve is going to respond to this, especially the mobile home part. This is a plan I'd go for but I'm not 100% sure La Colombiana would accept it. Anyway, I hope you don't have to put too much money into your current house to sell it. Good luck.

It needs paint and new siding at the very least.  Some sprucing up landscaping and a carpet clean.  I may need to replace the carpet in the den because cats and dogs suck

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

You can get some great ideas from that show, but I don't think for us truly tiny would work. Even having done 3 purges in two years, we still have more stuff than would ever fit in something so small. And neither of us would be inclined to have to go up or down a ladder in the dead of night to hit the loo.

We are in 758 sq feet.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Why?

But if Stretch said this.....

Now if I was drinking I would have spit my drink all over laughing.

They have some pretty nice trailers out there now days. But a Trailer in Tornado ally is a bullseye.

I had my eye on a nice little 2500 sqf house. 5 bedrooms 2 bathroom. 3 acres But it sold already.

At least the Hillbilly did what I told him and to fake budget for a bigger house as he kept trying to tell me we couldn't do it. He is now more receptive to getting out here. We priced redoing the 2 bathrooms. Cheaper to do it ourselves as always. I can do both for less then the price of getting the one done.

Not sure how much I want to put into the kitchen. My friend wants me to gut the whole thing. But the thing is I can't put too much into this house as I won't get it back. There is a fine line. We already put 25k into it and not done yet. I wouldn't be able to sell it for 125k so I don't want to put a 30k kitchen in like she did in hers.

I know the Hillbilly wants to stay put this house. He doesn't think things are bad. I hate the city, I hate everything about it. I'd rather be 30 minutes out of here and things be so much different.

Actually i pay higher taxes due to where i live and home value skyrocketing.  Also i have a turbo which means i need premium.  I still get 33mpg.
