I have no idea what this means, although I do remember the acronym CCCP being used for the Soviet Union so maybe it's something nefarious.

Mini-B. is writing a fiction book about Cat T-B., creative wee man.

He is creating characters now, really whack ones so far man.

And he still wants to play "Corporation of Butts" at bedtime, creative wee man.

We have been reading to Mini-B. from various very old "Jack & Jill" magazines, gold mine of good stuff man.

In the most recent, from February 1ManyMany1, someone had done the crossword puzzle, long ago man.

They had left out one letter in one word, almost complete but not quite man.

We showed Mini-B., who wrote in that final letter, encourage wee man we man.

Rather blow-minding that it thus took Many (2x2x2x2x2x2 + 2+2) years to finish a crossword puzzle, wow man.

Those Jack & Jill magazines had "letters" sections, contributions from all over man.

The contributors range in age from Many (2+2+2+1) to Many (2x2x2 + 2+1), children then man.

 

Mini-B. asks us how old each contributor would be today, inquire wee of we man.

We do mental cipherin' and say, "If she's alive today, she'd be Many (2x2x2x2x2x2 + 2x2x2x2) years old," si man.

Mini-B. is always highly impressed, impressed wee man.

 

And we ourself wonder how many letter-writers are alive today and if they remember their publication, si man.

Been away to TN for transplant followup. All good, a bit more medication tinkering, finally taking something away.  Here's hoping I haven't got to add it back again.

 

Long drive, we left at 0700 and got home at 1500. Dog beside herself again. Whatever else happens tomorrow, I am not getting up before daylight again. 

 

There was apparently another raid on the drug house early yesterday morning. No action up there in a few hours, which is odd given the usual carry on. I checked the app, and she's been nicked for failure to make time payments, not yet released. She's already on probation as it is, so we might get a few says peace and quiet.

Work has strangely turned from "OMG GET NEW MEMBERS" to "OMG SAVE THE OLD MEMBERS".  I've been trying to tell them for 2 months that we can't shut off the old system because I have members that haven't come in to change their payment info over.  I didn't have phones until a week ago! I wasn't staffed until a week ago either.  This business is like, hurry up and wait.  NOW RUN!!!!  and stop. 

So I guess I"m in charge of calling the old system.  And they have no idea who I am.  And why the F didn't we do this the FIRST time?
