Friday back-update, see man:

 

Lifted nothing heavy, did no yardwork, and made no sudden moves, no and no and no man.

Still slight tingling in foot, but no inconsistencies throughout day, si and no man.

Of course, this mirrors last time's one good day before things went straight south again, pessimistic we man.

We shall nuke ourself with Heap Strong Medicine again tonight, chance nothing we man.

And we shall finally follow fizzicle therapist's advice to Not Do Too Much Too Soon,  we man.

Gotta let that there steroid soak its way into the nerve roots, get soaked we man.

The oldest one finally got her Mara on this week. It is hard for her to eat and talk.  Hopefully it fixes her overbite.

Yikes, power bill here in NH is minimum $300 a month and our house is only 1800 sf. In the summer when the central a/c is on, I'm afraid to open my bill.

Survived trip to Costco, some brief heavy lifting man.

 

ONLY time to go to Costco is first thing Saturday morning, memo to self man.

More than 9 months. Depends on the progress. She's already 5'1", so the window of time is growing smaller and it will be close to useless once she has stopped growing.  Then, it is back in braces for a year.

Mini-B. has to return next week to get a spacer in the new tooth-hole, spaced-out wee man.

When corresponding tooth on other side of arch comes out, so can the spacer, return-to-Earth wee man.

It is actually cemented in. They've spend the better part of a year trying to get her molars out enough to cement this on. She had braces just on the back to pull them up, a couple of rounds of laser to kill the gums. 

 

I'm going to say that I'm 5'6", but that might be a little bit of a round up from 5'5.5". My mother was taller than me at 5'8", but I had stopped growing by around my daughter's age (soon to be 11) and there were some problems with the growth plates in my legs.

I hope Mini-B (or his parents) has/have learned his lesson about sugar and oral hygiene. The Dane is still pissed that he had to have teeth extracted as a child. 😔 I'm just over saving up to have most of my teeth crowned.
