I wonder if it is related to our homestead exemption. Ours would be a few hundred more if non-exempt.

Only if it comes with a housekeeping staff. PRG and I aren't keeping that much house clean ourselves.:lol:

 

/also, I hate yard work, so may never have an actual house, though might buy a condo or townhouse.
