We had a storm last night, and plenty of lightning, and long rolling thunder. The weather radio went off Many times in just a few hours, and the oddest thing was the lights were going off and on so fast in here it looked like a strobe. Thanks to the dog's pain meds, she hardly lifter her head to look, and went back to snoring.

We had to go to a laundromat on March Many'st when we were inbetween warshing-machines, si Eh ma'am.

It also cost us $Many, $i ma'am.

However, we could do Many loads concurrently, boon man.

We might have to buy our own bank to have a repository for recent POTS receipts, overwhelming the commercial banking system man.

An interesting exercise might be calculating how much it costs to run your own washer and dryer. I couldn't find a watt meter for the dryer's special plug, but I did figure out my washer at some point. Electricity is expensive here, although gas and water and extremely cheap.

Man I'm totally side tracked today. 

I was gonna come in early, wrap up some ####, leave some directives, and go on vacation. 

But I slept till 8, and I never sleep till 8!

Read the news, #### around with the financial stuff.

Go get a pet carrier. End up at BJs wholesale for an hour.

Finally make it into work. In in the office for 5 minutes, get a call from a friend "let's go to lunch". 

Ok I go to lunch, and 7 more friends show up. 

Now I just back to the office and have no idea what I was gonna do...

Power bill for the entire house was 87$ last month. Electricity is cheap here. I only use the dryer in the winter.

My house, 4 stories, my electric bill is about 500-600 bucks

I use that dryer 5 times a day lately. It is a busy beaver.

And it's has very modern insulation. 

The water bill for this house is about 350 a month. 

Gas another 300. 

Tax just about 7-8000 a year. 

And I pay NYC income tax (rip off)

 

I go to NJ, pay 15-20,000 property tax, no other non sense. 

And I don't plan on carrying a mortgage.

Just 950 per floor he says. You know that most of the older houses in my town are right around 1000 sq ft total?
