We've gotta drive to St. Louie tomorrow for finger prints n stuff. Seems like all we've done for the past 3 years is pay money and go to STL.

Oh I hear you .. When it’s our time for n400 we get the 3 1/2 hr drive from south of Springfield MO to Kansas City ..  minimum 3 times .. up to 6 times if  our applications don’t track same time for biometrics, interviews and oaths.

Oh joy oh rapture unforeseen .. apologies  to Gilbert and Sullivan !!

I feel like there are less "educated" people on the general forums lately. Whether that is because they've found a community on FB or reddit or aren't interested, I don't know.

I can barely be bothered with reading those kind of lazy posts. It feels like they literally want someone to do the research for them and send them an easy link. OK, but are they so willing to hand over responsibility for knowing what pertains to their particular case? It seems lazy and irresponsible to me. It's like they want someone to digest it for them and then spoon feed them the information exactly tailored to their situation.

I believe we are in the same area. STL is 3 1/2-4 depending on traffic.

Yep. Sounds about right !   We are living in TX right now but moving to near Ozark in January .. the final stage of the journey to retire near our kids and grandkids.

You will be just down the road. We're outside of Springfield to the west.

Thrilling Tuesday report, see man:

Spent day furiously selling pre-owned toilet seats, buy yours today man,

We alternately fought gridlock & drove like an illegitimate male child to retrieve cat, we retrieve miu man.

Miu's glucose curve all over the map, no logic to it man.

Vet never called us and had left for the day by the time we arrived, grrrr man.

We are apparently supposed to shoot miu 2x/day for Many (2+2+2) -- yes, MANY (2+2+2) -- months and then return, ouch we & miu man.

Fed miu din-din, ingest ravenous miu man.

Decided to mow front lawn, tired-yet-industrious we man.

Decided to mow heavy many'rd of back yard, grows fast in shade man.

Ended up mowing entire lawn, sweaty we man.

Read Mini-B. a quick story from Jack & Jill magazine of Manyvember 1ManyMany1, predates us man.

Dished the warsher, too much silverware man.

Purged Many of Mini-B.'s books from downstairs bookcase, Mrs. T-B.'s demand man.

No nap for us this eve, obviously man.

We will be hosed on Wed., hosed-to-be we man.

Must leave casa early because of planned power-outage, hopefully robust repairs this time man.

I thought KC was the designated FOffice for that area .. but you’ve obviously been going to StL

KC is the FO, but STL is the USCIS designated office for bio-metrics. Either way it's 3 1/2 hrs up and 3 1/2 hrs back. Sucks.
