No I didn't sell my bark...in fact I'm looking for something easier to maintain, shorter turnaround time. Like a 25-27 center console. So I can actually use it.

nay nay.  requires a dock. monthly dock fees.  itsa huge ! cabins and decks and multi motors and .... 

I've never read of him putting it on a tow-trailer.  MAYBE I've read of him dry-docking it, but there was a big-@ss crane/tractor involved - almost the same kind that moves cargo containers.

nah - been busy almost 2 years, making the money and travelling, also doing stuff with my son.  I'm sure there's a lass out there somewhere, when she remembers my calendar ...

So im at the vet office with my dog. I hear them crashing around in xray.  Also blood on the walls.  I used to work here... guess how much blood was on walls then? Zero.

I do eat lots of yogurt and some cottage cheese.  But yes egg whites, lean ground Turkey, lean ground beef, top sirloin and chicken breast.  Thighs are more flavorful and if you cut carbs you can add more.  Peas and any high protein veggies should be your go to.  Cauliflower will be your staple veggie instead of potatoes or rice.  Pea protein powder will be your supplement with no soy or whey. 

 

Thanks for the tips for adding more. I can't start yet because I stupidly ate seafood in ND yesterday. I've been suffering with food poisoning since. 🤮

The hospital my mother worked in when I was young was like this. Blood, dead bodies, etc. It was a gruesome place. Once, the orthopedic surgeon was taking a look at my always injured ankle and her scrubs were soaked in someone else's blood. Good times.
