I did a lot of showing PRG (and for a few days, my parents) around tourist spots in the first two weeks she was here, and we still check something out every other weekend or so. Yeah, we visited 2 years ago (including the zoo!) and enjoyed it. I believe we got the same deal on airfare last time. The nice thing is it's a short nonstop flight on Saturday morning and a short nonstop return flight on Sunday evening. It's a super inexpensive weekend getaway with just one night of lodging. Not bad for So Cal. Oh, and the airport is right in the middle of town so you spend almost zero time with the normal airport transportation hassle. We 🧡 SD!

It's not difficult to get to the STL office and they are really nice, but in my entire life (seriously) I've never known a time when there wasn't road construction on every major highway going into and out of STL on both sides of the river. Where did you go for AOS bio-metrics?

 

We are assigned to NSC with a LIN# for ROC and it took 8 months just to get to this point. At least the file has been touched so I know we'll hear something eventually

After our appointment we decided to go "shopping" for an outfit for me to wear to Frenchy's daughters wedding. Spent a frustrating and humiliating time in the dressing room. Left empty handed and depressed. I hate shopping.

AOS bio-metrics were done at the KCFO. My husband just got his 2yr green card so ROC is some time away so if they need us to go to STL, I guess we'll just make a week of it. I haven't been there since I picked him up from the airport on his second trip to see me. Amazingly, I didnt have to deal with road construction, but it was the first week of March. Instead, I was an hour late getting to the airport because my car decided to overheat 🤣 oh memories
