I would bet that you can't name a third world country that is this cold.

 

You are going to have trouble naming any countries besides Russia and Canada.


Got woken up by back pain. Inverted yesterday, which helped a lot.  I've been trying to stand up straighter and in the process, I think I'm compressing my spine.

We neglected to supply our recent Saturday ES/GS report, see now man.

 

Itinerary was restricted to what was along the way of our day-trip, subjugated man.

This was one ES & one GS, sigh man.

At the ES, we found a heating-pad, thick warshcloth,, & Pierre Cardin tie = $Many ($2+2+2), steal man.

Nothing at the itineraried GS, but Mrs. T-B. found some stuff at a drive-by GS, find she man.

Rant:  This morning I was 10lbs heavier than I was about a year ago, but I'm not any bigger. I know it is because I have more muscle, especially in my legs after all that bedrest, but the number on the scale is really bothering me. My waist and my love handles are exactly the same size (which is frustrating). I workout a fair bit and I've been pushing it pretty hard. 

 

I feel like I either need to just cut calories and lose muscle mass to lose weight, or just accept where I am body weight wise.
