Do i have to use all 4 forms or can i simply just make a copy of the first page. I got my forms off a visa kit which i know was stupid now that i can get them for free. But my problem is my fiancee filled out and signed one form already and now im in the states and she is in colombia. So do i need to do everything again or just send 4 copies of the form i have filled out and signed already.

You must use all 4. If you look at the bottom of each they are slightly different even though the body of them is the same.

the bottom of each form states where it needs to be filed I have no idea what some of them are, but I think you need to have all four forms, not 4 copies of one form.

Knowing this now , would it be ok for me just to scan a photo coppy of her signature and paste it in the forms? Or do i need to just have her send me 4 new forms. Thanks again guys appreciate all the advice.

I think she has to sign all four forms.

I would go with having her send them to you as you need original signatures. Fedex usually only takes couple of days if you dont wish to wait on the mail.
