Hi. Pls hep. Im f2a im the petitioner. We just finished submitting fee's and uploading docs in CEAC. we are waiting  for our case to be completed. My reason are priority date is current since last month, my wife's grandmother is already 94 yrs old she's getting weak and her grandmother doesnt have other families here . Grandma is only living with the aunt of my wife. Pls help. Is this a good reason? We can attach medical cert of the grandma

If the grandma is already living with someone then it means she's taken care of. It doesn't need to be a family member. Doubt that anything here can be expedited.

The aunt is working all the time. Grandma stays by herself all day.

Plus my priority date is current since last month

What does your immigration have to do with your wive's grandmother who lives with her aunt? And what does your priority date have to do with hiring someone to take care of your wive's grandmother?

It never hurts to ask for an expedite. The worst that can happen is that they say no and you are back to normal processing. No one here can tell you if your expedite will be approved or not. Good Luck!

Congratulations!

At the same time, F2A is now (well, as of 1 July) current for all applicants so I wonder if that helped/is the same thing anyway.

For future readers who may be looking for info - i presume the grandmother being talked about is a USC? Did you apply for expedite on humanitarian grounds? How long did the process take?
