Hi all -

I filed our 1-129F over 1 month ago at CSC and have still not received the NOA1.

Should I be worried?

How about the rest of you April filers?

this seems to be a common complaint among a lot of the April filers. I got mine relatively quickly but it seems like people filing after me have all encountered a delay getting their NOA1.

I had filed mine on 9 May 07 and I still haven't received anything. I got the returned certification notice that they had received my I-129F package on 14 May 07 but as of today my check still hasn't cleared the bank. Should I be worried as well?
