I read almost all that document that you post and it’s clear why he got denied. There were so many flaws to his case. For starters he got engage for a long time and when he got married was after he was release from ICE custody after he was in removal proceedings. An immigration officer is gonna look at it that he got married to not get

deported.Β As you read along he told ICE 1 thing then writes another. Meaning his affadavit was way off. And the list goes on and on. It’s in it.Β

Well explain πŸ‘πŸΌ

I didn’t read the case but it is obvious the lack of legit evidence.

Hello,Β

My application was delivered to the Vermont office 05/09 and after 30 days I didn’t receive the paper receipt. So I called the number but when the lady looked up my info from my Alien number she said ”your file is Vermont and I can’t give you information, you need to write to them” so I wrote a notarized letter asking for copies of my receipt notices but so far nothing.. anyone has experience with this? How long does it normally take for Vermont to respond to letters?Β

Thank you!!Β

It is faster if your lawyer requests the NOA, it took me 2 months to get my approval letter, my lawyer requested twice

Wow! Nobody knows exactly how specific officers make decisions on cases! I guess some are more lenient than others..others may be harder to convince...sometimes I tell folks it's not only by saturating them with lots of evidence..PRAY PRAY and PRAY!Β  grace and favour saves the day many a times!!!πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

Folks, I hear Trump administration is going to conduct a major immigration raid this weekend Β for all undocumented immigrants and those who have prior orders of removals. Despite Being VAWA petitioners, we should still be vigilant and take necessary precautions to keep ourselves safe from this barbaric act. Please have you NOA’s, PF’s handy with you at all times.Β

Know your rights. Don’t open the door for any ICE officials and never sign any document they ask you to without your lawyer present.Β

Stay safe everyone! Sending peace and blessings your way!

I read about this..it's really terrible! This is not to stir fear or cause panic in anyway..always walk around with the necessary i.d/documentation, stay away from trouble continue to be a good and law abiding citizen! They stated that as usual undocumented criminals would top the list! Stay blessed and stay true y'all! Blessings!πŸ™

Don't panic. The receipt will come. If you have an attorney, have him/her call VAWA unit. They know the number.Β

Recently I found a very interesting case. A person was denied VAWA case for bona fide marriage, I believe this person submitted a lot of joint documents, but his VAWA application still got denied for bona fide marriage. Can someone tell me why?

Hello family,Β

Β

so my RFE is forΒ  proof of good faith marriage.Β Β

please give me guidance of how i can best address it.Β

Thank God we know for sure what they want...it's the reason I kept saying let's go easy on mere speculations! Anyway it's time to get to work on the response! First of all gather all the initially submitted evidence, you will need to send it in again especially if there's nothing new to give!!! (I did that and it worked) you have to get more affidavits from family and friends, this time they should put more details, emotion and passion into it! Just like you would too when you re write your affidavit.. Oh yes you will be writing another affidavit! This time 10x more convincing..strong details makes the difference! Remember anything or any place you guys used to go together or registered with..go get receipts..hotel, gym..etc..get anything that ties you guys together..and present it! No matter how irrelevant you think it is! I believe if you will get your approval not long after you send in the RFE response..it's not much...I was asked for 3 RFE bona fide marriage included! And from what you inboxed me..you had way more evidence than I had! You will succeed period!!!πŸ™Œ

I’ve heard the same news too! My friend messaged me. She has a friend of a friend who works in the immigration and she warned that there was indeed an order for a raid nationwide but for those who are in NY, big raid will happen in Queens. Seems legit to me but let us all be vigilant. It gives me anxiety knowing that my VAWA isn’t approved yet. I only have my PF. It’s so scary!Β

Lol..πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ someone here got 5! Anyway it's no cause for alarm..I think his attorney didn't submit his supporting documents from the get go..only filed the petition! For me..they were: Good moral character, good faith marriage and residence! RFE is not a monster..it's just the USCIS official communicating to you that they need closure or more details on your case! Some officers are more pleasant than others apparently!
