@Blunt I just couldn't quote your post..it's a whole book! Happy you got your work permit and also your i485 was transferred to Vermont! No the receipt number won't change to EAC..because it was generated at the National Benefits Center at Lee's Summit, Missouri! The MSC is short for Missouri Service Center! Your VAWA application will start with EAC as it is generated in Vermont! That is were the application was directed and filed to! Transferring will not change the receipt number! Also you mentioned yourself about changing your lawyers address..your attorney needs to file that with Vermont, g28 and all...write and inform them of the take over to avoid future occurance of sending to the ex attorney! You dont have much problem from what you posted..you should wait in peace for your VAWA decision! After that your i485 will be sent back to Missouri then to your local office! I hope it's clear now....

Hi guys!

As some of you know here that I sent EAD renewal. But being a smart ### I sent it to Chicago instead Vermont.

But I already got my sons: NOA, NOA about creation USCIS  online account and ASC appointment notice  (fingerprints)

And on NOA I notice that it shows:

Application fee $0.00

Does it mean that I don’t need to pay or they can ask pay later?

I put all needed documents and copy of Prima Facie.

 

And. His receipt number starts from IOE not MSC.

 

And the last...my son got 3 letter and I didn’t get any🙃

They will send it to me either? Should I calm and ask or I have to wait for a while?

My renewal also shows 0.00$ and it's already undergoing processing at no charge! Perhaps you should enquire about your own letters..I believe sandra mentioned adding the waiver..or so..I'm not completely sure how they operate out there seen alot of inconsistencies...do enquire though! As for the IOE receipt number..I looked it up last week or so..it says something about electronic processing...someone posted about that as well but said it later changed to MSC..that's not a problem at all.

Nah lol I don’t have any questions to ask ,thanks once again,it’s just so unfortunate that we have too many evil people in this world smh..May God keep blessing the truly good people that have good and plain heart regardless of their situations ...

It was me...I think.

They send me 2 updates. They said they got my case (which is my sons with case number IOE) July 5. 

July 7 they has scheduled bio appointment.

Today got NOA

 

Online it says that Bio was scheduled 

 

Another car which is MSC says that case was received June 12

(It’s probably mine) And online it says “ Fingerprint review was completed”

 

So it’s a little bit confusing🙃🤯

We are reviewing your correspondence, and will mail you a notice if we need something from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Therr are folks that receive such updates without actually doing anything..or sending in anything..so it's kind of hard to say for sure if it was because of the address update! Also folks that send in RFE response or more evidence gets the update as well! So did you just respond to any RFE?
