Firstly I think you filed 12/2018 and what you could have done is use the tracking number when you sent your RFE respond and sees who signed for it. Also if you have your receipt number you can enter it in the USCIS website to see if your messages changes to “CORRESPONDENCE WAS RECEIVED”.

I totally understand your worry dear..and rightly so! It's been a long time to not have received any update about the RFE whatsoever! I think I've read a couple of cases like that and the attorney here says..sometimes they don't bother to update...but I would want to know for sure my case was received..so yeah..you can find out through your congressman..or schedule an infopass! As for the prima facie..not everyone gets it..you may request for it also!

You got your EAD so that is your PF determination until they approve your case

Yes 12/2018,  The tracking number shows delivered. No update on USCIS website. thanks for responding

EAD is not prima facie determination! I believe your EAD is C9 category from a pending i485 application, it has nothing to do with i360 PF determination! Please request your PF document if you are really looking to use some of the benefits..if not then probably for keeps sake!😊👍

USCIS is all over the place, not everyone receives notifications, Courtesy Letter, updates, etc... as long as you have your EAD to continue renewing it until you get your final approval!

you can make an infopass to ask about your case or call Vawa unit, you just leave a message, they will call you back within an 1 week. The number is in your application

Hi guys!

Congrats to everyone who got a good news!

I sent my EAD renewal on June 4

And July 6 I got a message that they have received my case. 

I went to USCIS Case status checked it and it shows that they have been scheduled appointment for bio. But the case number was weird for me. It starts from IOE

This morning I got a message that my case was received by USCIS and this time it was MSC 

DO they mixed up something?

You can ask them to put on hold when you attend the AOS interview .Call USCIS to make sure they update your address,don’t say anything about VAWA otherwise they won’t give you any information regarding your AOS.

Hi it's not unusual..they probably sent it in initially for online (electronic) processing..then moved it over to Missouri center! Nothing to worry about since you have your MSC number back! According to an enquiry in VJ from way back pertaining to same issue..I copied a response which I'll paste here to throw more light on the IOE receipt number...here is it

 

 

 

"This means you benefit from an Electronic processing at Uscis. For what I learned it's way to faster. 

We didn't expedite. 

Now we are waiting to receive a Case number at NVC. 

They say they are getting used to process this type of petition so for now it's all I know."

40 pages affidavit is not  a good thing ,try not to submit over 15/17pages, don’t expect they will read 40 pages because they will not!

I don’t know where you got all this incorrect information. Most of my clients received the EAD within 3/4months  without paying to renew,but they filed the waiver l912 to renew. There is no fee to renew but they are returning the l765 without the fees then just file the l912
