Hello everyone,

I am a little bit confused concerning i693 form. I applied for i484 in 2017, could not submit my application form together with my medical report. A few weeks later, my medical report was ready and was waiting for an RFE to send it to USCIS. Unfortunately, the whole process took longer time than I expected and that my medical report expired, did not receive any RFE only received a courtesy letter after my VAWA approval.

A few weeks a go, I prepared another medical report waiting for an interview. According to the I693 update, after 60 days, then my report would be invalid as well if not submitted to USCIS.

So far have paid close to $400 for each medical report. Would someone please assist me if possible to submit my medical report without getting an RFE, because it seems like I might end up paying another $400 for a new report. Can not afford anymore. Please assist

You can ask doctor to sign another form. Right now u need to wait for RFE or interview letter.

I received my green card, but uscis just approved my ead, it says card is being produced. What should I do?

Oh I do remember we celebrated your Greencard approval! Well nothing bad has happened..let's see if they actually send the card..probably an administrative oversight/error? As It's my understanding that once your Greencard is approved, EAD takes the back sit! Keep us posted!😊👍

Something similar in my case.

Just go back to the Dr who signed it so he can re-do it again free of charge. Did you keep a copy of your original medical?

Thanks FridayGirl@69 for your response, I still have the copy of my original, I made a mistake but the only solution here is to ask the surgeon to sign the form again

Correct! Usually they don’t charge you again! They just issue a new Medical with the signature

Hi guys, hope everyone is doing well.

I have gone through past posts we all had and got some idea.

We are all on the same journey, one track called i-360 but with different concerns at different phase of waiting.

And lot of times we are asking others to share their timeline.

Most of us can be little less obsessed 😆(me) or worried if we know some estimated timeline so that we would know that my case is going just fine and there is nothing to worry about.

So I kinda came up with an idea ( or just what I want lol) that it would be great if we could make timeline table with a formed template for the stage where I am in.

I know there is timeline service in VJ but it seems we barely use that to share infos we need.

So here is an example.

My case is currently approved and am waiting for courtesy letter.

So I needed data of how long it takes from approval to getting letter and how long it would take again from letter to interview.

I read all the posts in this thread and I gathered data of many people who have gone through that stage and shared their timelines.

And I found out it takes about 5months average from approval to receiving C.L.

And another 6months from there till actual interview.

So the template I would need or to ask for those who can advise will look like this:

F(filed) mm/yyyy

A(approved) mm/yyyy

C.L(courtesy letter) mm/yyyy

I.N(interview notice) mm/yyyy

I(interview) mm/yyyy

L.O(local office)

I know not everyone gets notice for transfer so I did not include that because I didn't get it but I know my case is not forgotten.

let me start with mine.

F(filed) 09/2017

A(approved) 04/05/2019

C.L(courtesy letter) mm/yyyy

I.N(interview notice) mm/yyyy

I(interview) mm/yyyy

L.O(local office) Texas

Let us gather data here easily guys

if your phase applies here, please reply 😊

And I will see if I will really get letter by august or september and keep updated!

If you have any question like timeline before this, you can ask me!

Thank you🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
