Thanks for sharing. No, don't have any records. i know it would be a risk. When i applied for adjustment of status i was told by my attorney this whole process takes @ 8 months. So i was really hoping that at least by August to have a clear picture if i can go back to visit. And you know when you get hipped up and now... bummer, it's actually 8-12 months. So my patience is at limits...ย Thanks again.ย

if you waited the longest time you also can wait a shorter time.... but if you don't want to wait you can visit...

God give me patience!ย  If only i would be sure that i can comeback with the AP i could drag another year after that. I thought the medicals are good for 1 year?ย

Forgot to inform you..I believe I read somewhere on USCIS site that medicals are good for 60days from the day the surgeon's signs the document! Most of your enquiries are researchable incase you're still skeptical after the inputs here..just saying๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘

Hi! so i see your timeline is very similar to mine and was wondering, have you included the medicals when you submitted the I485? because i haven't gotten my courtesy letter, and got me worried. Maybe because i sent mine on Feb. 1st along with all the paperwork? Thank you for your time.

Has anyoneย raised e-Request for a case to know (ย Outside Normal Processing Time,ย Non-Delivery of Notice ?

ย

In How Many Days, USCIS respond and Do they respond via email or Postal Mail ?

ย

When you raise a service request, they email you your raise request case number SR#....ย  and the email says your Raise request will be respond within 30 days, After that ifย  your service request is assign to an officer you will received a case notification in your USCIS account, but i did not have any luck... When my EAD renewal was out of processing time I raise 3 request they were never answer or assign to an officer, until congress person made direct e-request.ย

I-693 are valid for two years. The 60 days references how far in advance u did the medical before filing the I-485.ย

You might wanna read this...

ย

Effective November 1, 2018, the I-693medical report will beย validย for two years from the date of submission to USCIS (and not one year as it is currently). At the same time, USCIS are shortening the I-693 validityย period to 60 days from the date the Civil Surgeon signs the I-693ย medical exam (it used to be one year).Oct 18, 2018
