sometimes it’s better to just pay the money its for ur own good!!you can burrow from someone.Trust me USCIS don’t care because the rate at which people abuse the system with fee waiver is alarming. So i will advice you to look for money and pay so that they won’t deny ur application.

My dear its truth I believe you.. I wish I knew I wouldnt have done a fees waver for my i765 Renewal,  becos alot of people that paid for theirs has recieved it, becks USCIS got money from them , and they process their applications first.. uscis is very frustrating lately.. I believe u 100 percent , of I wanna renew my EAD card again with trump, I would quietly pay my fees... simple

Hello again. My husband pushed me and slapped me on my arm and grabbed my laptop from me and I asked me when I am going to pack and leave. I said why are you hitting me then he turned around and started to record crazy things on his phone saying I’m pushing him and abusing him. Omg, I couldn’t believe he did that. I called the cops and told them  what he did to me but they said there is no physical evidence and they cannot do anything. They left just like that. And I’m left feeling like a lost child. Help please.

I spoke to a lawyer and she refused to take my case, because she told me it is very difficult for a man to apply VAWA based on emotional/psychological abuse

I didn't file any police report or protective order

However, I have a copy of psychological evaluation report, mental health doctor appointment letters, a lot of emails/text messages/social app transcript/pictures showing "extreme cruelty" of domestic violence against me

I also came up with a 40 page personal statement detailing bona fide marriage and domestic violence

Are all these evidences considered sufficient to prove domestic violence? I am looking forward to hearing advice. Thanks

You can do it, abuse is abuse, it doesn't choose man or woman so yes file it yourself and see what God does

Not all lawyers are well informed unfortunately! You can get any other attorney who knows their job and are well informed! Some folks here who already have their Greencards approved are men! If you meet the criteria/requirements, your sex wouldn't matter! It's helpful and even reassuring when you use a good legal representative but believe me some folks have emerged victorious by themselves! It would help to read previous threads as you'll find valuable information that would be helpful to your case and particular situation! Wish you all the best! Go for it!👍

Yes you can file for VAWA.I am a man and,  I filed based on phycological and physical abuse. I was approved last month. It took 19 months and one RFE ( good moral character). The attorney you went to is an idiot and don't listen to her. In my opinion you have strong if you have all of those evidence. Good luck 😇
