Thank you for telling us that. You have always been positive and helpful.

I think it'd be a good idea if we could put all the RFEs that we have seen so far together on a checklist. That way, folks who are still waiting can have a better heads-up.

Thanks so much dear, and yeah that would be a wise/smart move!!👍😊

Aww i wish you all the best. We are patiently waitin and hoping for good results. Im a january 2018 filer. Please guys when you get approvals also let us know what date you filed also so we can estimate where they are at in the processing❤️🤗🤗good luck everyone

You'll come to find that your particular wait time doesn't entirely depend on the next person's wait time..as is evident in the diverse approval dates across this threads..the speculated reasons are; but not limited to the following: work load at the time/month/year as previous years have seen shorter wait times, the complexity of your case..which is self explanatory, and the officer handling your case..some work fast others just drag..yeah but hopefully we want to see speedy approvals and consequently more happy folks here!😊 👍

Hello folks, I want to ask a question for my friend. Please give me an advice if you know it. My friend has graduated on May. 18th, and she applied her opt on Feb. But she has received notice of denied  on last week because she applied too early. That's her college's fault, so the office refiled her application on this week. The question is she got an offer from saks fifth avenue on this week, but she cannot go to work because she does not have the ead card. Is there any way can expedite her application? Can we contact with the congressman and ask them to help us? Thanks!!

As long as your friend has a pending application, she should be able to expedite the EAD processing with a job offer..at least some folks have done same here! By all means do seek the help of your congress-person, they respond to them faster (at least from my own experience). Be sure to submit the NOA of the pending application after signing the privacy release form from your representative's office! Wish you guys good luck! 👍

My vawa approved, want renew 765 and 131

Should i attach waver fee form or no need?

Yes you should and you still need to prove that you still qualify for a fee waiver. Which means submitting bank statements etc proving your financial well being or lack there of.

Some officers will reject the fee waiver without proper evidence

If u were approved via fee waiver the first time, then yes you will need to submit another one.  They made changes to fee waiver, so items that allowed u to be approved the first time may not apply now and you will have to pay.

If you submitted a fee waiver to  get the EAD before  then  you should submit again the fee waiver ok.

But you also wrote that it may take 36 months as well ...

i thought it’s usually 16 months for the approval ...

cant pray enough

VAWA takes 16/20 months to be adjudicated, plus 6/12 months to have the AOS interview.

hello guys, today i got the update for my new card for being produced. it is actually for my EAD renewal.

EAD renewal app was received by uscis on 1/1/19

Finger print review was completed message on 1/3/19

New card being produced message 6/7/19

*** My vawa is still pending since May 2017.

ordered new card renewed 6819.png

May 2017..which brings it to 25 months! I've actually seen longer here...this helps us know practically how long VAWA is taking for some cases..and that there's no time set in stone! Your case gets approved when the officer makes a decision and not before!

She can  apply but most likely they will deny, because they expedite when is outside of regular processing time (90 days).
