Forms I-131,I-360,I-485,I-765 february 1st 2019 accepted by USCIS

After they received the forms  3 weeks later i ve been on biometrics 

March 2019 USCIS ask for additional evidence (asking for fingerprints for FBI )

May 2019 I-131 form (travel document ) approved together with I-765 c-31 form (Employment authorization card) 

June 2019 where mailed and received from my attorney  ( i picked up )

July 2nd 2019   i got notification for I-360 form said (New card is being produced )

 My question is "what card is being produced" is it again  Employment authorization card or something else

If I-360 notification  said new card is being produce is your Employment Authorization Card under VAWA Category C31 your vawa is approved.....  5 months VAWA approval WAO.... Let us know when you received this FLASH c31 card on hand.

Will keep you posted guys  for sure, im confused i got EAD under c09 now is gonna be another EAD under c31 look like 2 EAD  or is just approval for Vawa

Yes EAD C09 is from your pending I-485. EAD C31 is for VAWA approval.

In the past there have been cases like that..approvals in a matter of months...so I'm anxious to see what you find so yeah..keep us posted! Goodluck!👍

You should attend ur interview with your NOA1 notice from VAWA and ask that your I485 be put on hold.

      Hope that you all are doing well and enjoying the summer. I wanted to ask about immigration timelines for NY and interview for I-485 AOS. I’ve been reading that the wait times for NYC is really long. The last update I received was that my I-360 case was approved and they issued for work permit shortly thereafter. I originally filed my paperwork in Aug. 2017. No new updates on my case as of March 2019. Does anyone know the anticipated wait time to get the request for the GC interview then finally the GC approval? The lag time for NY seems to be particularly long. What are people’s experiences? Any thoughts and feedback would be very much appreciated. I just want to know so as my keep my expectations about the duration of the process in line. Many thanks for your time and attention. I appreciate all your valuable inputs and contributions throughout this journey.

Hi there..I'm from NYC as well..got approved in March as well..do you know if your i485 has been transferred to the local office..I guess the wait times starts from there...yes NYC has long wait times..but it's not that terrible! We were patient enough to wait for approval..lets wait for the interview with a heart of gratitude..before you know it..It's time!☺

Let this not scare you but different field offices in NYC have different wait times..coupled with this new idea of USCIS sending cases from busy locations to less busy locations to achieve equity and faster processing times for all...here's what the N.Y. N.Y. field office says.... But my own field office says 7.5 months and up!

 

1. 14 Months to 24 Months
   Employment-based adjustment applications
   July 25, 2017
2. 20.5 Months to 36 Months
   Family-based adjustment applications
   July 29, 2016

You should contact your congress person to inquired on behalf your I-485. Also did you got any notification the your I-485 was transfer once Vawa was approved, you said as of March 2019 did you received a notification by them.
