I think you need to act now..enlist the help of your congressman..to know the status of your application..i765! It's been a year! Bother your attorney as well to get to work! They need to make enquiries!😏

Wow, thanks guys. I think my best bet now is to call the congressman and try to get some answers. I will keep you all updated.

I filed my I 360 vawa on December 01 2017 ...no rfe...3 prima faces...

I got my case update into card is being produced on June 14 th, and then I received EAD c31 on June 21..... does that mean I get approval on I 360 and receive a card later? How long does it take to get the approval letter?

 

How long does it take to get my I 485 case transfer into a local office?

Average timeline is 15-18 months up to 33 months seldom cases

HI SANDRANJ mam my name mike i joined visa journy since 5 days i filed my i360 i485 i765 aug 1st 2018 rfe sep11 finger prient sep14 answered rfe oct3rd we recivied your responce i got my EAD march 18 2019 when i filed my case i dont have enogh proof of living togather i gave marriage pics and for abuse i gave pics which she hit with mop stick i have red rash and swelling on my ribs she damaged the whole apartment the damage letter of landlord itemized list of damage which was $9000 and 7 letters from family and friends all are us citizens .do i need to submit any thing PLZ MAM I NEED YOUR SUGGISION . I AM BROKEN DEPRESSED THANKS FOR HELPING ALL OF US

@bebetho did you not receive your EAD C31 yet? I believe DMV will place more importance on the EAD...what's the point of keeping your EAD and opting to go with VAWA approval letter?😏 at least that's what I did.. Used my newly issued EAD to renew my DL and now it's good for another year!👍☺

I applied in May 2018. I did not get any response (no fingerprint or PF) till Feb 2019, when I got a letter stating my EAD C09 has been approved. No response again until May 19 when I finally got my EAD card. The last fingerprint I had was in 2016 for an old EAD.

No. I received my vawa approval... I am about to send my EAD application this week. I sent my vawa alone not along with the other applications.

Also it might interest you to know that I never applied for C31 EAD..they tend to give it out when your application is approved! You may be receiving it anytime soon..or else I'm missing something..

November 2018 is definitely early..really fresh..so just exercise patience..you'll definitely get there! They've just started attending to Jan 2018 filers and trust me some folks from 2017 are still waiting..relax hun your time will come!☺👍
