Quick question,  when one request Congressman assistance do they inform the attorney on file or the correspondence will be given to the person who inquired

I do not think the attorney on file is notified because it's between USCIS and the congressman! Another reason I know this is because my attorney didn't know about my interactions with my representative!

Yes i can agree on that, after i saw how my lawyer wasn't proactive with my case i decide to ask my congressman for assistance and that was the best thing that happen to me, he was so helpful and understanding and didn't judge me. And also i don't think that the USCIS is notifying your attorney, i mean mine lawyer didn't know that i was contacting my congressmen.

Exactly! You nailed it!👍 happy it worked out for you..most of these attorneys are not committed/dedicated to their clients and consequently can not see the plights of these broken hearts!💔 All they see and want is money 💰 money 💰 and more money! Sad😞 but true!👌

It goes to you. You have to sign consents for Congressman to inquire and they only disclose the information to you.

Hi, I’m preparing docs for financial hardship reason to expedite my EAD. Do you think the job offer letter, divorce bill receipts from family lawyer and immigration lawyer will also be beneficial? and bank account statement for a month?

I was just overly excited lol it’s c09 work permit not the vawa one YET. Still grateful. Can I get AP to travel now or is it risky?

Hi dear..not all EADs are combo cards..especially if you didn't apply for it! So apparently he has just EAD no AP attached..so it appears☺

You can request if you want..lot's of folks have travelled successfully and came back same! It should your decision..but for me I just want to take my Greencard when I travel. But that's just me..you can travel anytime!👍

Hello my sister... yeah I understand some EAD has no AP ,... thank God I are here... this people asking me criteria to expidite and asking me if I have a job offer letter,  am tired of this USCIS matter how do I get a job offer letter within 3days?

Lol😂😂😂 it can be really tiring! Yeah that's their requirement to expedite..if you don't present what they're asking they would continue at their own pace!☺
