May I ask if I can file those documents myself and how?  Do I need to pay any fee? Waiting is way too anxious.   And one more question, can I extend EAD under c031? Or have to apply EAD under c09 ? I already see I am not receiving GC interview before it expires next March:(. 

If you don't want to paid the Fee you need to also file form I-912 request a fee waive. Also if you not sure on filling them by yourself just wait for your lawyer if you waited the longest time before  you can wait a month more 😊 in my opinion. You can Renew C31 EAD this category also qualifies for the 180 days extension until you received your actual card.  To apply for EAD under C09 you will have to do it together with I-485 if you decided to do it by yourself. You have the two options.

It’s really difficult I’m under C31 and I can’t work plus my ex is stretching the divorce trial to really squeeze me out financially. It’s been very difficult.

Oh dear! 😞 I can understand! I didn't have to go without work because I had EAD C09 all through..so the wait was a little bearable! Please take things easy..one step at a time..it will all fall into place! Of course it's not easy..life happens! When did you file again...2018 filers are beginning to get responses! 👍

Thanks dear. I had my C09 before but my case is different. I had a lawyer also and a very helpful paralegal. There would be times that I have to question if it’s worth the wait. Huh! But a lot of these people from VJ forum has been really supportive and responsive. Thank you all! I filed last Sept 2018. I was really happy when I saw someone posted that Jan2018 is moving. Please keep us posted. Thanks a lot for everybody’s help here!

I received the approval notice in May...just so anxious waiting:(. But I have nothing to complain since I receive free attorney service.

Thank you for your advice, I just am not sure when her assistant will contact me *(, last time she said earliest mid August. I also want to use the firm’s address for all mails from Uscis that’s another reason I am still waiting for them.
