Yes you are right! Security checks can take quite a long time..and also I don't think..and I have not heard about Greencard interview been waived because of long wait for i360 adjudication! I really wished it were so..if anything to compensate for the terrible wait! But put it all in God's assured hands!🙏 in HIS time he makes all things beautiful!🌹🌹🌹🌹☺

My lawyer said that is nothing we can do , we have to wait.😭😭 I contacted the ombusman and they said can’t help me because are overload with other cases.

Your lawyer is just another frustration to add up, nothing we can do, yes you can, he can contact them to the VAWA T/U  customer service 1-802-85-4888 to inquired and ask whats going is a 2016 case wao... On your end contact Congress office to inquired about your case, raise out of processing time inquires . If I were you I will also tried again with Ombusman too when was the last time you contact Ombusman.?

Hi Daniela. Thank you for your reply . My lawyer doesn’t do nothing, and yes it is another frustration . I wanted to change him with another lawyer , but it’s kinda too late. I contact Ombusman about a month ago , and the costumer representative said that are overloaded with cases and nothing to do . I will call this Vawa number that you posted .  Every one is telling me to wait .😭😭😭😭😭

This number is just for Attorney to contact not for you as the applicant. This is number is in the I-360 receipt and specifies if you are an attorney on file and need to contact Vawa and they provide this number. Contact your congress person to inquired and on your behalf. 

Also raise inquired online https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=onpt

I did the online inquiri , i supposed to get an answer on May 30 but i have not receive anyting again .

Hello guys ....I got my I 360 vawa approved on June 14 th....I received ead c31 on June 21......how long does it take to transfer my I 485 to local office to get  interview for green card?

Looks like it's taking 2-3 months for the transfer..my card production was March, Approval update was April..transfer was done June! So do the math..besides there are folks approved before me still waiting for their transfer...

From reading from tread its 2-3 months as @Stillwinning!!!😊 said. i am still waiting on mine too. I was approved in April

Hey blue jewel..just wanna clarify something..when exactly did you get card production update and when did you get approval update on USCIS case status? For me card production was March 28th then approval update on April 26th...i485 transferred June 18th

I don't know if this will help you or not, but I filed in Nov of 2017. I had a RFE request which I submitted in March of 2018. Then after that I didn't hear anything untill March of 2019. The only update I received in March of 2019 that they are still reviewing my case. Every two weeks I received the same update till June 14th, when the status changed to your card is being produced. So hold tight wait another month or 2 and you will recieve your approval. 😇
