Hi there I was gonna complain about same thing..since my VAWA was approved in March 28th! But just received update about a case transfer..this is to let you know yours is coming too! Maybe they're attending to our case now! Hold still dear!πŸ™πŸ˜Š

You don’t hear anything until they send you either Courtesy Letter or Interview Notice, it takes average 4-6 months or around 7-9 months to get Interview NoticeΒ

Hi Guys.

Β

I am arranging proofs of extreme cruelty as requested by USCIS through RFE. So what I am arranging is:

1. Personal affidavit (9-12 pages) very detailed

2. Metrocare psychological evaluation sessions (i think i attained 4 sessions) and then I stopped going there as they were asking for fees and I had no money

3. Methodist hospital report (Admitted after abused) and doctor's notes

4. 1 night stay hotel receipt (as my wife thrown me out of her house and I do have a hotel receipt). I did not go to shelter house and I used to work in a hotel that time and I got a employee discount

5. I am trying to arrange an affidavit from a relative in her city where I stayed for 1 night as my wife thrown me out for the 2nd time and they witnessed my condition

6. Detailed affidavits from cousins who witnessed extreme cruelty

Β

Do you think these are sufficient?

You want the truth? I think you have enough proofs! Though everyone's case is peculiar..I didn't have to submit so much..give what you have and ask the good LORD for grace and favour! You will win!πŸ™

I think someone mentioned earlier that you start counting from when they transfer it... Really can't verify it..neither do we know for sure how USCIS operates! I've seen really fast cases and also pretty slow onesΒ as well..don't know what makes the difference! But our trust is in the name of the LORD!πŸ™
