hello everyone !
i see some of you talking about Ar11
is that for just mailing purposes or for physical address
cause my mailing address is my lawyers and my physical address is different.
please throw some light.

If your attorney will not represent you anymore do not file AR11, write to VSC a letter informing about it and notarize ok.

@Sandraj and everyone,Β  My ex is US citizen and my attorney filed renewal EAD C31 the first time and I told him to file C9. He did but sent it to NBC and USCIS later requested for filing fee for EAD and he sent another one to Vermont with C9 category but when I got Receipt it's C31 category again but he filed C9 . What can I do now ? It's over 7 months now.Β

What did you receive with C31, the receipt or EAD? if it was the receipt tell him to contact VSC.There is a phone line that attorneys can call the VAWA Unit.

This is very confusing. USCIS rarely makes mistake on the I-765 Category,Β  i think your lawyer is the one making the mistake and againΒ sentΒ your I-765 c31. Are you sure was C09. ?

Hi Sandra,

My VAWA was approved on March-9th -2019Β  (After RFE) and I filed in April-2017. since last 2+ months, I have not heard any update or movement of I485. my I485 showing name was updated in Jan-2019.Β

I have attorney on my case and I pushed her for the e-request and one month passed there is no update on the e-request. My attorney did do a good job during RFE response, and I took driver's seat to finish my RFE response on time, then handed over the RFE response to attorney.Β

Β

Now,

Β

  1. Can I raise the second e-request by myself ?
  2. Can I book infopass appointment by myself and go without my attorney as my attorney is busy , not willing to pursue the case aggressively (may be she is focusing on new client for better money)Β Β ?
  3. How much time it takes to adjudicate I-485 after VAWA approval if case is already out of normal processing time ?
  4. Can by any other mean I can check what is going on ?

Ever since my VAWA was approved in March I've not heard anything concerning my i485 transfer! Today I lay pondering on that..I said a quick fervent prayer to my father to hasten it for me and grant me favour!πŸ™ I fell into a short nap..woke up checked my phone.... PRAISE BE TO THE MOST HIGH GOD!πŸ™
