Do I file also AR11?

if i do the AR11... it only has the option to change physical address.. can you help me please

You can file the AR11 and submit by mail to Vermont,m.DO NOT FILE ONLINE.

Hi Guys,

I have one question, I think so 6/13/2019 request is about police clearance, I already ready about that . But my FBI police clearance date is 3/21/2019, not today 6/13/2019, so do you think so I need new police clearance today ? Or can I submit my 3/21/2019 FBI  police clearance , is it work ?

Vawa I-360 received date :1/7/2018

6/13/2019 Rec’d message about Evidence .

On June 13, 2019, we mailed a request for additional evidence for your Form I360, PETITION FOR AMERASIAN, WIDOW(ER), OR SPECIAL IMMIGRANT

Wait to receive the RFE and then provide what they are asking , do not assume things without reading the RFE,and follow the USCIS instruction .

If you arrived here in the U.S less than 3 years ago then get a police clearance from your Country as well.

Thank you. I read somewhere that u don’t get work authorization unless vawa was approved so it added more confusion for me!! You’re always so positive. Thanks

Yes. 2019 is indeed ur year!!!

If your spouse is a U.S  Citizen you can file for adjustment of status and you will receive the work permit within 3/4months, and you have to put category C9 in your form l765.

If your spouse is a green card holder then you have to wait a visa number becomes available to file the adjustment of status.

Hi Folks , it was very nice to meet some visa journey members in Central Park, unfortunately 7 people canceled their presence in the last minute, but we still had fun with all others.I tried my best to talk to  each one a little bit but it was  impossible to give individual attention. It was a beautiful sunny day, with a lot of food and wine, lol.

Thanks for your help sandra!!!! Can i ask you another question how i can waived the fee, they are asking me to pay for the i-864 120 dollars, and the i-864w doesnt have fee do you know what can i do with that?

Look it’s not that they are asking you to pay the l864 fees, the  document you received from the NVC is a template used for physicians, translators, employers  as well. You will choose the option “non applicable” where is written l864 then USCIS will know that you don’t have to pay the fee.

@Sandraj and everyone,  My ex is US citizen and my attorney filed renewal EAD C31 the first time and I told him to file C9. He did but sent it to NBC and USCIS later requested for filing fee for EAD and he sent another one to Vermont with C9 category but when I got Receipt it's C31 category again but he filed C9 . What can I do now ? It's over 7 months now.

This is very confusing. USCIS rarely makes mistake on the I-765 Category,  i think your lawyer is the one making the mistake and again sent your I-765 c31. Are you sure was C09. ?
